职位描述：
Job description：
1, Outsourcing staff management. Conduct and monitor with outsource staff payroll, recruitment and staff relationship. Pay regular warehouse/depot visit and solve outsource staffs on site problems.
2, Conduct regular staff Recruitment. Arrange the interview with functional department and follow up the result.
3, Staff relationship management . Assist to organize company internal activities and social responsibility events incl. annual outing / annual party / green week / sport club.
4, Daily HR operation: Labour Contract, P/F filling, new hire / resign staff standard procedure, HR system maintenance.
5, Training support. Assist HR manager to organize new hire orientation and other training program.
6, Other HR special case handling.

Requirement:
1, University degree with 1 year or above relevant HR working experience.
2, Good written and read in English. Familiar with Microsoft Office usage.
3, Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4, Willing to travel for work in suburb or other city in South West China.
5, Outsource staff or sub contract HR experience is preferable. 举报 分享
