Job Summary
Channel Solutions Account Manager has the primary responsibility of managing Apple’s Authorized Service Channels via Apple Authorized Service Providers (AASPs), iPhone Carrier networks, etc. to ensure flawless execution of post sales service for Apple customers. Success is defined as meeting deadlines, ensuring accounts to achieve our goals, leading short-term projects and ensuring a quick response to peers/stakeholders. The Channel Solutions Account Manager works in close alignment with the Channel Service Regional and Carrier Management teams to deliver against overall strategies.
Key Qualification
? Possesses strong influencing skills to accomplish operational objectives.
? Analytical skills in spreadsheet creation and reporting
? Ability to understand customer service functions, procedures, techniques, systems, and quality of service measurements.
? Develops collaborative relationships with people across a variety of areas in and outside the organisation.
? Actively seeks input and feedback, listens, takes action and keeps others informed in a timely manner.
? Communicates concisely and clearly both orally and in written form.
? Intermediate/advanced expertise with industry standard tools (e.g. Mac software, Excel, SAP, etc.)
? Cantonese will be an advantage.
Description
? Identify potential issues/ Channels and/or trends in repair quality by ongoing analysis and tracking of repairs and escalations, and/or analysis of reports for feedback to field service.
? Proactively monitor ASP and Carrier performance by ongoing analysis and tracking of key technical and non-technical service quality metrics (Repair Ageing, NTF, CND, iOSd, SUR, CCLR) for iPhone, Mac, iPad and iPod, and conducting regular outreach, providing ongoing follow-up reporting, and conducting site visits where required.
? Works cross functionally with other teams to ensure business needs are addressed and customer satisfaction maximised.
? Provide reporting and analyst support where required.
? Managing and analysing data to drive business results, solving problems and following up with action plans
? Identifying potential problems by monitoring tasks or escalations, and through reporting and data analysis.
? Ensuring high customer satisfaction while lowering operational costs by managing to key metrics.
? Flexible working hours. Approx. 20-30% Travel requirement.
? Provide clear, accurate and relevant data to management and internal stakeholders.
? In depth understanding of organisational goals and active participation in achievement of those goals.
