职位设置目的
Purpose of Position:
? To represent CGT China and lead all program management activities in China
? To establish and optimize program management system and coach program team
? To work with team internally per program timeline requirement, to guarantee the successful launch of Chinese products in the markets


首要职责
Principal Accountabilities:
? Lead program members to execute product/launch programs for OEMS. Meet all internal and customer targets and objectives.
? Interfaces with all levels of internal and customer management on all aspects of planning, scheduling, organizing, directing and controlling the program.
? Schedules and leads regular team meetings to monitor the progress to ensure all projects are completed in time and bring additional values to company and customers
? Coach and encourage rigorous use of the AQPQ process to all Sales members and companywide training on Program Management.
? Identify risks, deviations and control the action plan to eliminate them.
? Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
? Conduct APQP coordination meetings with internal groups, suppliers, and customers.
? To be sensitive on new market trends and customer requirements, and can take pre-action on the market and customer demands;
? Other assignment

学历及技能要求
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

? M Sc. above in related majors.
? More than 5 years’ experience in the project management and engineering
? Responsible for time, cost, quality, organization and communication within a project
? Ability to control project risks
? Master of the project management methodology
? Good ability to participate in and lead cross functional teams.
? Good language and interpersonal ability: fluent in written and spoken English.
