Accounting Supervisor

Responsibility
The Accounting Supervisor will be responsible for the financial work of both Shanghai and Shenzhen offices. He/she will conduct the following tasks, including but not limited to:

? To follow-up day-to-day, weekly and monthly AR, AP accounting routines;
? To manage the accounting records achievement;
? To ensure the monthly accounting is accurate and reliable, and to complete the monthly tax declaration with the accounting firms;
? Month closing & Group monthly reports preparation, report to GM China and CFO France;
? To complete the declaration of the corporate income tax, annual audit inspection and joint annual inspection of SAIC;
? To complete the Annual CIT (corporate income tax) filling;
? To assist to cash flow control, forecast annual budget planning ;
? To maintain relationship with tax bureau, SAIC, bureau of finance etc.; work closely with accounting firms, banks etc.;
? To optimize work process; enhance work efficiency, control risks.


Requirement

? Bachelor degree or above, major in Finance or Accounting;
? 3-5 years related experience;
? Accounting qualification certificate, accounting titles are preferred;
? Familiar with the financial software, proficient in EXCEL software;
? French (listening, speaking, writing) is proficient, English is preferred;
? Strong organizational skills and high reliability when handling detailed routines and processes;
? High capacity of communication with the company and with customers;
? Be able to work under pressure
