职位描述：
A.Job Description：
B.Responsible for embedded software development for new product and existing product modification
C.Initial design and technical proposal preparation, including the system concept design process
D.Performs architecture research, sub-system analysis, programming, and unit testing.
E.Perform all related tests according to functional and EMC standards, generate test system and plan, assure all design meet the test needs
F.Responsible for related document and specification
G.Provide firmware or system test technical support to the global and local product’s needs.
H.Maintain current knowledge of product engineering technologies, competitor capabilities and practices
I.Perform other related activities and special projects as assigned

Job Requirements：
A. BSEE. MSEE is a plus.
B. Good understanding and experiences with software development process, experience of full product design project life-cycle,
C. Experience programming using C, C++, Assembler, in embedded environment, firmware test knowledge required.
D. Familiar with 8/16/32 bits MCU, ARM Cortex-M3 MCU experience or knowledge is plus. knowledge on fieldbus such as Modbus, Profibus, TCP/IP.
E. At least 3 years’ experience in industrial control system, embedded system hardware design preferred
F. Awareness / knowledge of current hardware & software technologies & techniques.
G. Motor control knowledge preferred.
H. Excellence English communication and presentation skills a must.
