Duties responsibilities:
? The project engineer must be a team player and work with other members of the IFM team to meet all key performance indicators as set out in the management contract.
? Responsible for obtaining and confirming user requirement from project stakeholder.
? Prepare preliminary design, budget, and works program for project and carry out periodically site inspection and quality management.
? Develop scope of works for the proposed project based on end user’s requirement for tendering and quotation.
? Providing cost analysis for end user’s approval /confirmation.
? Assistant to complete reporting regularly and maintain data in software platform.
? Responsible for project acceptance and user satisfaction survey.
? Submit the invoice to Client’s Finance and prepare the charge report monthly to Philips Finance.
? Ensure compliance with JLL and Client audit standards.
? Technical support for all client‘s site in Great China.
? To complete other works assigned by account manager.
General requirement:
? Bachelor degree, major in mechanical and electrical engineering or related.
? Over 4-6years practical experience in facilities management and project management.
? Strong people and communication skills.
? A team player.
? Strong MS office and Auto cad skills.
? Good written and oral skills in English
