Our client is Fortune 500, they are looking for high-caliber persons to fill the position.

Responsibilities:-

- Overall management, responsibility, as well as coordination, harmonizationof processes, KPI's and scorecards for all Asian WHs, budget planning, investment planning, budget control for all WHs.

- Responsible for all warehouse operational processes in the Asian warehouses and OAPAC/LED Hub, including the definition of requirements for WMS, cooperation/involvement in projects.

- Support and service for all warehouses in Asia (incl. Raw materials) in respect to all operational questions.

- Management of all operational processes within OAPAC/LED Hub for shipments to customers in Asia as well as other customers as required. Securing OAPAC Hub delivery service, optimizing/improving warehousing costs/cost per carton, budget and investment planning, budget control.

- Design and optimization of warehouse lay-outs, equipment specifications, MHE procurement assistance and standarization, facility start-up assistance

- Compliance : adhear to and enforce to company compliance policies

- 3PL contract/contract negotiations as well as involvement of RFQ/RFI related to WH oepraitons in region APAC together with LOG AP ST

Requirements:-

- Knowledge of processes, organizations and equipment in various WH environments

- Knowledge in areas of order processing, customer service, supply chain management, warehousing & distribution, import/export and customs issues, transportation, logistics systems as well as logistics controlling

- Knowledge about implementation/utilization of operational IT systems in the above areas i.e. SAP, APO, WMS systems, TMS/Transportation methods

- Knowledge of process improvement technics, TCT(Total Cycle time), PQI(process Quality Improvement), LEAN

- Management capabilities i.e.

- Knowledge of processes, organizations and equipment in various WH environments

- Knowledge of safety and security regulations, as well as all relevant legal requirements relevant to all WH/areas of Warehouse operations

- Knowledge in areas of order processing, customer service, supply chain management, warehousing & distribution, import/export and customs issues, transportation, logistics systems as well as logistics controlling

- Knowledge about implementation/utilization of operational IT systems in the above areas i.e. SAP, APO, WMS systems, TMS/Transportation methods

- Knowledge of Logistics service providers(3PL) market and players
