职位描述：
Resposibilities:
1. 测试设备仪器及夹具的调试,维修,维护,保养,夹具制作 。
Product test jig/fixture and related equipment design, fabrication, debugging and repair, maintenance.
2. 生产线测试异常分析处理。
On line testing failure analysis and problem solving, testing capability and efficiency improvement.
3. 给生产及相关部门提供技术支持，测试改善项目（测试时间缩短，测试工艺改善）
General testing technical support to production and related department.
4. 与公司工程部门一起提供新产品测试技术方向，样板制作及测试方案的制定等。
Provide technical direction to the plant for design, prototype build & test activities, Work with DL NPI engineers and customer design engineers.

Qualification:
1. Degree with electronic engineering specialty
2. 3~ 5 year experiences in safety and security product related manufacturing and testing.
3. Good knowledge and skills of engineering concepts, digital circuit and analogous circuit, RF circuit, familiar with SCM programming and development.
4. Logic analysis capability and problem solving skills, especially prompting electronic product failure analysis and corrective actions
5. PCBA technical knowledge in the areas of manufacturing processes, quality assurance, plant engineering, production/materials planning, maintenance needs and systems application.
6. ?Good communication in English and well office software skills
