职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for making plans and schedules of testing for
？ Development materials
？ Production materials
？ Randomly checking of finished shoes from production
？ Daily checking of bonding tests
2. Responsible for the preparation and submission of all materials or shoes requested by the employees for testing and evaluation
3. Responsible for organizing the testing through proper assignment of appropriate laboratory technicians to conduct the testing
4. Responsible for the proper implementation of test methods as provided
5. Responsible for reviewing all laboratory test reports and deciding on release/rejected status
6. Support production or development department in solving technical issues on the production
7. Responsible for making sure that test method and requirement updates are implemented and understood properly within the lab
8. Responsible for the update of the knowledge of the lab technicians
9. Responsible for submit monthly report on time

Requirement:
1. 5 years experience in a factory or lab( preferably shoe factory).
2. Good written communication and technical learning and standing alone
3. Good command skills
4. Good written and oral English

** Lab Technician

Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the testing of finished shoes, bonding or materials for development and production based on customer’s requirement and methods
2. Responsible for the writing of test reports
3. Responsible for the cleaning of the equipment and surrounding
4. Prepare and submit test reports of all tested materials and finished shoes to the factory or QC for decision
5. Responsible for the calibration of the machines and the maintaining of the calibration cards

Requirement:
1. Learning ability, the lab technician must be able/willing to new skills and process
2. Dealing/informing: the lab technician should be able to communicate in a clear and understandable way to her/his direct management
3. Accuracy, the lab technician must be 100% accurate and organized.
4. Time management, the lab technician should be able to organize the time around it in the most effective way. 举报 分享
