职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Support Lab manager on carrying out ISO17025 lab management system to ensure a high-efficient Production Quality Control Laboratory
2. Help lab manager on establishing necessary Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and management procedures in managing the overall QC laboratory of the Company.
3. Prepare training program for employees of QC lab and periodically check their work to ensure that lab technicians perform their work according to SOP and lab procedures
4. Be responsible for document, record and sample management of the QC laboratory.
5. Establish and develop testing methods for all raw materials and finished goods. And perform the testing method validation to ensure the repeatability and reproductivity of the tests.
6. Responsible for all equipment and consumables ordering, reception, qualification and validation program. Responsible for all equipment annual calibration, routine check and maintenance program according to manual and CNAS.
7. Work with R&D, sourcing, purchasing department to evaluate the new RMs and products. Work with quality, technical and production department for investigating any abnormal situation of the RMs and products.
8. Lead QC lab team, allocate task and team member based on daily working requirement. Optimize quality control system to enhance inspection efficiency and effectiveness
9. Supervise QC technicians and daily check inspection data to ensure the accuracy of the test results.
10. Lead and ensure 5S, environment, safety and health(EHS) to achieve the plant/company requirement and objective

Position requirement:
1. Bachelor or above, Major in chemical or industrial analysis
2. CET-4 or above
3. Work carefully, responsibly, stick to principle.
4. Priority of several years’ experience in the lab management.
