Responsibilities:
1. Act as business partner to provide one-stop human resources solutions to internal clients;
2. Provide HR services to Footwear coalition of Asia Pacific Office locating in Hong Kong and some other Asian locations (Zhuhai/ /Zhongshan/Dongguan), based in Zhong Shan;
3. Source and evaluate appropriate means for recruitment and assure an efficient and effective recruitment is in place;
4. Conduct recruitment & selection activities and follow up recruitment documentation;
5. Manage employee referral programs, design and implement effective recruitment advertising initiatives or programs;
6. Handle separation and exit interviews, maintain appropriate documentation and conduct staff retention analysis;
7. Assist in streamlining HR policies, procedures and systems(Work Day) to enhance efficiency and effectiveness;
8. Responsible for prepare monthly report and conduct data analysis for management review;
9. Responsible for the vendor management and make sure the vendor provide the effective service (e.g.: Fesco);
10.Participate in ad hoc projects or HR initiatives as requested.
Requirements:
1. University Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines;
2. A minimum of 8 years’ solid HR generalist / in-house recruitment experience in MNCs or listed companies;
3. Proactive and sensitive to figure with strong analytical, problem solving, multitasking and communication skills;
4. Mature, able to work independently and strong driving executive;
5. Experienced and capable in handling high volume recruitment;
6. Proficiency in MS Excel with working knowledge;
7. High proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese.
