DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Job Description
1.喷粉线每日生产计划的实施与达成；
2.喷粉线各项目机种喷涂流程的正确使用及管理与改善；
3.产品良率的提升与不良品的处理及报废控制；
4.处理生产线的异常与7大浪费改善控制；
5.员工的沟通与流失率控制；
6.5S&安全及生产纪律现场的推行与检查；
7.日常员工沟通，协调及部门之间人员工作调整；
8.新产品导入与追踪。
Requirment:
1.良好的沟通与协调能力；
2.充分撑握喷粉工艺流程，能够及时发现生产异常并分析原因作出正确的处理；
3.能充分调动员工的积极性与主动性，提高员工士气，达成生产任务；
4.对喷涂技术能时常给出建设性意见与建议。
5.能精通前处理与废水处理工艺流程；
6.？ 熟悉喷涂工艺各项性能要求与控制；
7.有5年以上喷涂管理工作经验。
