RF Staff Engineer to support RCA/FA and test development for RF product, Wifi, BT, GSM, GPS, RFID, NFC...
General Requirement
* Bachelor Degree in Electronics engineering / telecommunications engineering and minimum 5 years RF engineering experience
* Have excellent English verbal and written communications skills
* Possess in-depth experience with designing, deploying and optimizing wireless products
* Understand radio wave propagation theory and 2G/3G/4G, WiFi, BT and other protocols
* Become conversant with new technology and software quickly
* Present problem solving and analytical skills with ability to find non-standard solutions
* Present the ability to relate to and gain the respect of cross-functional teams that do not report directly to them
* Stand for and embody with pride the company’s corporate values
Position Responsibility
* Participating in RF Engineering related activities (product testing, special projects, product evolution)
* Clearly demonstrating technical functionalities and answer product related questions
* Act as the bridge between customers and Software Development teams
* Support production line to define RF issue comes (such from process, component, or design related) and provide analysis support.
* Make the official analysis report. Provide the product training forrelated engineer and technician.
