Key Responsibilities:

1. Transportation Service in and out of Asia (~50% of workload)
Day to day ops issue resolution for all Contracted Manufacturing (CM), and business units in supply chain.
Strategic transportation routing planning
Improve the transportation productivity
Ensure excellent working relationships with the client and internal customers within the organization;
Maintains and develops logistics partners/suppliers network.
Ensure that customer (Retail and OEM) requirements are fulfilled to the highest possible standards at all times.
Ensure all relevant activities are carried out safely and securely, whilst observing company policies & procedures and current transport industry regulation

2. Global Logistics Management Function (~40% of workload)
Reports and analyze global transportation volume, performance and costs.
Manage Global Transportation Management System covering both company captive and Contracted Manufacturing (CM) and retail fulfillment centers.
Manage Global Freight spending and cost saving activities through bids and process change.

3. Customs Compliance in Asia (~10% of workload)
Manage Customs Compliance related issue escalation
Work with Corp. Customs Compliance team/Legal team to deliver feasible and proper transportation solution

Requirements:
BSc (MSc) in Commerce, Economics or Engineering
15+ years supply chain/ logistics management experience
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English

Strong supply chain analyzing competence
Transportation Network optimization and cost saving
SAP/WMS, EDI knowledge and experience
Effective problem-solving skill
Operational Finance knowledge
Customs Compliance experience in Asia
Logistics Sourcing Experience
International Trading knowledge
