Job description
Debugging, and analysis is performed via the telephone as well as onsite support.
Responsible for analyzing, recreating, and resolving customer reported problems in a very complex software environment.
Required
- Bachelor or MS in Computer Science or related.
- Work location is in Shang Hai where TSC will setup a small sub-team there.
Desired Experience
- At least 1 years product support experience for WebSphere Application Server
- Problem solving skills are important
- Be familiar with and able to interpret complex software problems that span across multiple client and server platforms including AIX, Windows, Solaris, HP, and Linux.
- Java skills is a plus
- Strong customer interaction skills, and be able to articulate solutions and options.

Bachelor's Degree
At least 1 year experience in product support experience for WebSphere Application Server
English: Intermediate
Chinese simplified: Fluent
Preferred
At least 3 years experience in experience in IT projects
Cantonese : Fluent
