职位描述：
Responsibility:
1. Coordinates factories to develop/build shoes for review in HQs USA, from the stages of prototype, line-close, salesman samples, model fit sample and confirmation samples.
2. Follow up and ensure all products are developed according to the design and specification requirements set out by HQs USA.
3. Work closely with factories to develop Vans standard sample shoes
4. Assist in the development and implementation of new technologies for Vans shoes
5. Ensure good quality of sample shoes and meet the completion dates as required
6. Be able to work with colleagues from multicultural background and remain close working relationship with colleagues from HQs in USA.

We are looking for candidates with the following experience and skills:
1. College Degree or above.
2. At least 5 years of experience in footwear industry or related industry, familiar with shoe development and manufacturing process.
3. Strong skills of Microsoft office software, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Internet.
4. Good interpersonal and organization skills.
