1、Leadership领导力
Champion the Program Management discipline throughout by way of implement to ensure program development follow PLUS process
负责通过执行的方式支持项目管理规则,保证项目开发都按照流程进行.
2、Simultaneous Development Team Management 同步开发小组管理
Review deliverable with core SDT member, utilize a general management approach to balance internal and external customer requirement, ensure that all time, cost and quality targets are achieved.
项目经理召集核心SDT回顾交付物, 运用全局管理的思维和方法平衡内外部客户需求, 确保时间, 成本和质量目标达成.
Represent team in a professional manner to the customer and JCI management while demonstrating ownership of the program and its deliverables. Motivate the SDT to meet commitments and hold team accountable.
代表团队向客户和江森管理层专业地阐述项目所有权和及其交付物。激励同步开发小组完成承诺,鼓励团队成员富有责任感.
3、Program Timing 项目进度
Create and maintain program timing plan and gate workbook according to customer and product requirement.
根据客户及产品要求, 创建和维护项目进度和门报告
4、Risk Management 风险管理
Organize timing and gate review on planned date to identify risk, coordinate and mobilize resource to solve problem, ensure program proceeding.
项目经理按计划的日期组织时间和门回顾,识别项目风险, 协调和调动资源解决问题, 确保项目顺利推进.
5、Scope Change Management 范围变更管理
Ensure scope change being properly tracked, documented and approved.
确保项目范围变更被跟踪, 记录和批准.
6、Launch Metrix and Production Organizing 投产矩阵和生产组织
Coordinate and organize production to ensure a high-quality customer deliverable. Manage team to meet 0 recordable injuries, 0 rejected parts per million, 100% delivery on time, 100% of the Capital Appropriation Requests, 30 days after launch.
协调和组织生产, 确保高质量的客户交付. 在投产 SOP之后的30天之内,带领团队实现0安全事故,0缺陷,100%按时交货,100%满足资本拨款申请的财务目标
7、SDT Meeting Arrangement SDT会议管理
Hold SDT meeting per PLUS requirement for effective communication, so as to solve problem in time.
按PLUS要求召集SDT会议, 确保信息有效沟通, 促进问题解决.
8、Program File Management 项目文件管理
Set up and maintain the program file, ensure a controlled program developing process.
搭建和维护项目管理文件, 确保项目开发过程受控.
9、Program Portfolio Management 项目集成化管理
Update program information to PMO in time, including but not limited to approved scope change, updated program timing, functional KPI and launch performance report.
及时提供更新的项目信息到PMO, 包括但不限于批准的范围变化, 更新的项目进度, 职能KPI, 投产绩效报告等.
10、Customer Satisfaction 客户满意
Manage Customer Relationship to ensure successful program execution and full customer satisfaction. Foster effective customer relationship to maintain JCI and personal credibility. Recognized by customer as key contact. Manage team to insure prompt response to customer inquiries.
管理客户关系,保证项目的成功执行和客户的完全满意。建立有效的客户关系, 维护江森和个人的可信度, 成为客户认可的主要联系人。领导团队对客户的要求作出快速的响应。
Internal and External Customer Targets内部和外部客户目标
Understand internal and external targets, objectives, and deliverables by working with Management, Customer, and SDT
理解内部和外部目标,并在和管理层,客户和同步开发小组的工作中贯彻.
任职资格:
1、Education 教育:Technical Undergraduate’s Degree. 理工科本科毕业
2、Job Experience 工作经验:8 years of working experience in the Automotive Industry. 8年的在汽车行业的工作经验、5 year program management experience 5年项目管理经验、1 completed vehicle flawless launch experience at least. 至少1个完整项目的成功投产经验.
3、Professional Knowledge/Capacity专业知识/能力:
Familiar with automotive design/launch process. Well understanding about product and basic manufacturing knowledge, has knowledge of APQP and PPAP. Subject matter expert of program Management process and tools practical use.熟悉汽车设计/投产的过程。掌握产品和工艺的基础知识,了解APQP 和PPAP,精通项目管理流程和工具的实际应用。
Know well about customer program development process.掌握客户项目开发流程
Know well make or buy and supplier sourcing process.掌握自制外包及供应商定点流程
Have proficient basic knowledge of financial costing 掌握项目财务成本基础知识
Know JCMS, have proficient knowledge of operation system .了解JCMS,掌握制造运营系统的相关知识
