Management Information Systems
Requires Fluency in English Both Oral and Written CET 4 or above. Submit resume in both English and Chinese.
Job Description:
● Be familiar and/or proficient in ERP software preferably NetSuite.
● Ensure that the proper systems/procedures and controls are in place and correctly implemented by employees.
● Design, implement, and or revise procedures to support any changes.
● Ensure timely and accurate generation and execution of all MIS operations.
● Identify and recommend improvements to established procedures, forms and workflows.
● Monitor the reconciliation and research of discrepancies in MIS project data.
● Train and provide technical support
● Maintain security of company data
● Have a good understanding of the internal work flows within the company as well as with its partners
● Understand software development principles
● Be proficient in the use of Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access)
● Be proficient in programming languages such as JavaScript
● Demonstrate a high degree of interest for technological progress
● Follow company guidelines in a consistent, orderly and logical manner.
● Ability to multi-task.
● Be highly organized and motivated.
Education and Qualifications:
● 4 year College Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or similar.
● 2+ years MIS and/or Technical Support Experience
● Excellent phone and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
● Strong computer skills.
● Accuracy in daily work and other projects.
● Ability to meet schedules and deadlines.
● Adherence to policies, procedures and instructions of the Management.
● A proactive person with ability to make suggestions for improvement.

岗位要求：
● 负责公司ERP维护（熟悉NetSuite Cloud ERP更佳），懂JavaScript编程；
● 负责公司内部局域网络维护；
● 负责台式机、服务器、路由器等设备管理，以及网络平台的运行监控和维护；
● 负责病毒的查杀，维护网络系统安全， 处理网络及计算机故障；
● 负责办公设备、网络设备、电话系统、计算机软硬件的管理维护；
● 精通微软Office套件（Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook）
● 公司电脑软硬件的采购；
● 负责日常的行政事务（物品运输、修理、安装等）；
● 完成领导交代的其他临时性事务；
● 英文听说读写流利，非常重要。
