职位描述
Responsibilities:
Triage acts as a first point of contact/escalation, and responds to all incidents and service requests within SLA.
This role is responsible for initial triage of all incidents and service requests received via any means including automated alarming, e-mail, phone, or instant messaging, which includes appropriate assessment of the incident, as documented in the response documentation.
All incidents will be ticketed per standard operating procedures and triaged based on requirements outlined in a property CEN (Classification, Escalation, Notification) document.
Triage provides timely and appropriate escalation and notification per CEN, including the assignment of tickets to appropriate work queues.
This team is accountable for the initiation of crisis management processes for high severity incidents.
Education and experience requirements
? Ability to communicate effectively through written and oral English
? Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures without errors
? Ability to perform work under continuous deadline pressure
? Ability to navigate Windows systems quickly through use of both mouse and keyboard
? Ability to make difficult, business-impacting decisions under continuous deadline pressure
? Ability to type at least 50 words per minute
? Understanding of Network Components (Network Services Reqs)
? Understanding of monitoring systems
? Understanding of fault tolerant Web Services, Active Directory, IIS, SQL Server, Clustering, and SANs.
? Experience on managing and troubleshooting IIS 6.0/7.0 and/or SQL servers 2005/2008 in a medium-to-large production environment is prefer.
? Experience on managing Windows 2003/2008 in a medium-to-large scale production environment is prefer.
? Knowledge and experience on troubleshooting application and platform faults in medium-to-large scale Windows environments is prefer.
ITIL certification is prefered
