职位描述：
Main Responsibilities: 主要工作职责：
-Conducts the CSR on-site audit as a member of audit team- performing audit procedures according to the CSR on-site audit procedure. 作为审核小组成员，在主任审核员的指导下,依据公司审核程序进行现场审核工作；
-Prepares working papers assigned by lead auditor which are complete and consistent with the BV guidelines. 在审核中及审核后，遵照公司程序，完成主任审核员分配的整理审核文档工作；
-If required by lead auditor, preparing audit report which is complete, comprehensive and presented to the lead auditor for review firstly in a manner consistent with BV guidelines. 在可能的情况下，按照主任审核员的要求完成部分审核报告，并送交主任审核员校正；
-Communicates integrity issues to N+1/N+2 or Integrity Manager in a timely manner. 及时向上级经理或廉政经理报告与廉政相关的事件；
-Submit complete and accurate time and expense reports in a timely manner. 及时提交完整及准确的工时报告及费用报销；
-Carries out other assigned responsibilities assigned by superiors. 完成上级交付的其他工作。

Secondary Responsibilities: 次要职责：
- Gathers CSR marketing information收集相关市场信息
- Collects feedback and advices through client and factory收集客户意见及反馈
Key Requirements :关键要求：
University graduate 本科毕业
CET-4 or above.英语4级以上
Knowledge and experience on audit, labor & compensation, environmental, health & safety preferred 有相应的审核，劳工补偿，环境安全健康等知识和工作经验的人优先考虑
Other Requirements 其他要求：
Knowledge on ISO system audit preferred 了解ISO体系审核的优先考虑
Knowledge of computer application in relevant software 具备一些电脑操作知识
Fair command of written English良好的英文书写能力
Honest, high sense of responsibility 诚实负责
Willing to travel to factories intensively 可以频繁出差

审核的依据是SA8000,中国法律，当地法律以及客户的行为准则；
审核的内容包括童工，强迫劳工，工人工资、工时、福利、健康安全以及工厂在消防安全、环保等方面的符合性。
向客人提交英文审核报告；
