1、男性，33-45岁，本科以上学历，机械、自动化、金属材料等理工类专业；
2、具备大中型制造企业生产现场组织管理工作经验，10年以上机械制造、机械加工等生产
管理经验，其中专职生产经理管理经验5年或以上；
3、熟悉铝加工行业，精通企业内部管理及培训、生产成本管控、现代精益生产管理、ISO9001
质量管理及现场改善，并能独立编写部门相关制度文件；
4、具备优秀的组织管理能力、沟通领导能力、统筹规划能力，及人际交往能力，良好的团
队协作精神；
5、 为人诚实可靠、品行端正，良好的事业心和敬业精神；
