JD for PE

1. When a new product is designed for production by a company, the manufacturing process engineer works with the marketing (Packaging/printing) and R&D teams to formulate a manufacturing process for the new product when design phase

在新产品设计阶段会同市场部（产品包装和印字）和研发部定义产品加工工艺流程

2. They need to identify the jig/fixture/equipment needed for the new product and create the internal plan to follow them after Engineer Prototype stage

识别出新产品制造所需的工装治具以及设备需求，并制定内部计划来跟踪实施

3. They need to create the SOP for the new product before PP and update of existing SOP when needed

编写新产品制造SOP以及维护已量产产品

4. They need to organize the PP(Trial Run) and setup production line in collaboration with project leader/ workshop supervisor

组织新产品的小批量试生产，同时在项目组长和车间主任的配合下，完成生产线的布置

5. They need to train the operators and line leaders how to assemble the new product when PP(Trial Run) stage

负责员工操作培训

6. They need to work out the PP report after PP done and share with the project leader

试产后，制作试生产报告

7. They must oversee process design projects and make sure the projects are completed on time

全面监控所负责的项目，确保相应的工程文件按时完成

8. Besides designing new processes, they have to improve the present manufacturing or production processes to boost productivity, quality, and profitability for a company

除了新产品导入外，还需要持续改善量产产品工艺制程以提升生产效率，合格率以及盈利能力

9. They need to research and purchase new manufacturing technology to better production equipment functionality

考量和引进新的加工工艺及设备

10. Co-work with QE to identify the root cause of the issue happened on production line and find the corrective action

和QE一起分析找出产线不良的根本原因，并找到合适的解决方案

Requirement

1. College above, major in Mechanical Engineering.

机械工程类专业，大专以上学历

2. 5+ years process engineer experience. Lighting industry or electronic-mechanical background would be a plus.

5年以上工作经验，照明行业或机械电子类背景尤佳

3. Skilled on fixtures design using AutoCAD，Pro-E or Solide Works

熟练使用绘图软件如CAD,Pro-e或Solide Works来进行工装治具设计

4. Be familiar with industrialization knowledge and skilled on how to perform new product industrialization

熟悉相关的产品工业化的知识，能够应用相关的知识进行新产品的导入

5. Good English both in reading and written.

良好的英语读写能力

6. Excellent communication skills, sense of responsibility, initiative, team Spirit

7. Able to work at a fast pace and under pressure
