岗位职责:

The Regional Commercial Finance Manager will hold self-accountable for driving and growing business value, proactively partner with management team to manage business performance, to achieve strategic objectives, meet business and financial goals and grow business value. He/she will understands business drivers and develops options to maximize business performance and value creation

1. Act as the co-pilot for Regional Sales General Manager (RSGM) to develop regional growth strategy and monitor its execution through periodic business review
2. Performed as the key business Partner to Regional Trade Marketing Manager and regional Commercial team, providing analysis, support and challenge to drive trade investment effectiveness
3. Serve as Channel business partner to drive the execution of its strategy to achieve its sales and EBIT target
4. Advise Regional Investment Project team to develop solid investment proposal and monitor its execution

任职资格:

Basic:
? Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
? 8 years of finance / accounting experience, preferably working with commercial finance.
? Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required
? Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to successfully interact with Affiliates / Areas and Senior Management.
? Innovative thinking and problem solving ability.
? Analytical and organizational skills.
? Initiative and ability to work independently.
Preferred:
? MBA and/or CPA preferred
? Sharp business acumen in food related category and channel management
