职位要求：Looking to diversify their portfolio of products, they have established a subsidiary focusing on Oil & Gas equipment which utilizes their expertise in Cable production and developed unique products aimed at the upstream drilling operations. They are currently looking for a General Manager to oversee the whole subsidiary with full P&L responsibilities.




Client Details

Headquartered in Hebei Tangshan, my client is a well-known local industry leader in cable production focusing on middle and low voltage industrial use cables. Employing over 1000 people across their two facilities in China, their revenue is over 1.5 Billion RMB in 2015 and growing at exponential pace forecasting at double digit growth. Exporting over 70% of their products to USA, Europe and developing countries including Africa and South East Asia regions, they are anticipating China Main Board IPO in 2018.

They are currently looking for a General Manager to oversee the whole subsidiary with full P&L responsibilities.




Description

As the General Manager, you will be responsible for entire profile & loss of this subsidiary which includes production operations of 100+ people and commercial growth of business through technical engagements and partnership.

- Deploy and lead operational business related to strategy and profit plan, alignment of division goals.

- Ensure customer's orders and company products are produces and delivered in accordance with schedules, specifications and planned growth objectives.

- Lead operations and performance improvement initiatives.

- Utilize experience in lean manufacturing to find and remove inefficiencies and waste, ensure the most efficient use of capital employed.

- Oversee the development of new products with the R&D team that meets international standards.




Profile

Qualified candidates require experience in full P&L responsibilities within Oil & Gas related industries - preferably service or equipment provider.

- Engineering related Degree with minimum of 10 years' experience at management roles

- Strong leadership, analytical and decision-making skills, strong team building and advanced coaching skills

- Knowledge and experience in Lean Manufacturing methodology and ability to influence and work within organization, ability to drive change and continuous improvement.

- Good communication and presentation skills both in Chinese and English, with the ability to manage internal and external relationships

- Ability to solve complex process problems
