KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Provide daily admin support to Lead: eg. Business trip arrangement
- Support personal management to Direct: include but not limit to orgchart update, HC management
- Collect and consolidate data and report about business sales with data sensitivity, provide necessary data and report support to director
- Daily office admin operation management: name card printing, stationery purchase, express management, rental, air ticket reservation and account; fix asset application, obsolescence, transfer; office safety management, office equipment maintenance and repair etc.;
- Assist HR maintain work flow and OCM
- Assist KPI evaluation: collect KPI scores about management staff and sales representative every half year;
- Support internal meeting arrangement;
- As coordinator between HQ and region, convey company news to each team members by email and other ways in time;
- Competence in spoken and written English, proficient in daily work communication
JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
- Smart, a good team worker
- Good communication skill
- Willing to learn
Education:
Bachelor
Experience & knowledge:
· Min.2 years similar working experience in MNC
· CET Band 6 as minimum
Core competencies:
· Good interpersonal skills
· Good PC Skills,be familiar with Excel, Word, PowerPoint
· Good Time Management Skill
· Strong data analysis skill
