KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:






Assist in recruiting and staff employment.
Responsible for Orientation for new staff and assist in training analysis and conduction.
Responsible for staff check in and check out all related HR process.
Assist in preparation of payroll and Personnel costs budget.
Assist in reviewing and updating of WWL China Employment Contract and Company Handbook.
Participant as HR member for HR contract & policy review and modification.
Updating and maintaining personnel files, input data into personnel database/HRIS on regular bases as per WWL internal procedures.
Responsible for statistics for working hours, sick leave, holidays and over time.
Preparing various monthly HR reports, updating HR records and assisting preparation of relevant HR presentation.
Assisting in preparation of annual company outing.
Handling of visa, work permit and relocation issues.
Coordination of travel agent, hotel contracts and booking arrangement for general and related HR department visitors.
Other tasks as assigned.



COMPETENCES:






University degree or equivalent study experience
Minimum 3 years experience as Human Resource professional.
Familiar with Chinese Labour Law, Labour Contract Law and HR relevant legal regulations
Good communication skills with both internal and external parties, good team player.
Good user skills in Microsoft Office (Excellent skills on Excel, PPT is preferred) and other related HR software experienced SAP user is preferred),
CET 6 or above, fluent in English both oral and writing.
Stress details, careful and patient.
Accept over time work and required business travel.
High Motivation in learning and doing.
Able to work under pressure and to tight time lines.
Have good administration skills.
