职位描述：
中山火炬开发区某外企诚聘高级财务分析师一名，具体职位信息如下：
工作内容：
?Forecasting and Analysis – prepare quarterly forecasts, Annual budget and other scenario planning needed, Compare and report actual operation with forecast / plan, actions taken to close the gap;
?Controls – support finance controller for maintaining and adhering to strong internal controls to detect and prevent material errors;
?Business case player – Review cost estimation and program financial indicator to ensure profitability of new projects;
?Support finance controller to review and support capital spending and other investment decisions；
?Practively involve in Month-end close – Support finance controller for the preparation of financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP, corporate policies and any local accounting requirements. This includes analysis of financial results and presentation to the region controller and management the financial statement review。
?Any other tasks assigned by controller

职位要求：
?Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting or Finance, CPA qualification will be plus
?8+ years of experience in Accounting and/or Finance with increasing management responsibilities, 3+ years of experience leadship management of a MNC.
?Familiar with ERP system and reporting tools, QAD and Hyperion is a plus;
?Good understanding about both PRC and US GAAP;
?Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and English;
?Strong communication and organizational skills;
?Attention to detail and strong analytical skills;
?Ability to drive process improvement and change;
?Strong Microsoft Office skills.
