Responsibilities:
Handle all the Product Specification, Price Structure, Cost, Lifecycle, Quality, Lead Time and MMQ, etc
Define product portfolio and roadmap
Product lifecycle management
Achieve annually Sales budget and Gross Margin
Product-related regional marketing for new and current products
Cross regional product strategy establishment
Coordination of projects with Product Management Headquarters
Product launching & phase out management
To lead the process to make a product obsolete
Marketing Communications/Campaigns/Promotion
Technical and solution support
Release engineering and management
Sales growth & profitability
Sales support

Requirement:
B.S.
More than 5 years product management experience in Elevator industry
Having a strong sense of responsibility and long-term oriented, Good at logic thinking and marketing analysis.
Good relationship with collaboration party and work for the result of win-win.
Be good at communication, coordination
Reputation of team player and influencer, able to work effectively across organization
