职位描述：
1. Able to instruct and improve handbag making technique in the respects of its function and construction;
手袋生产工艺的改善，产品性能以及结构方面的改善，包括工艺指导
2. Eliminate on-site abnormal issue in time;
现场异常问题的及时排除
3. Coordinate and cooperate with merchandiser, QC and sample room to ensure production quality;
加强对跟单&QC&板房的沟通合作，以使大货保质保量完成
4. Able to pre-warn production potential risks, forward solution on products’ construction and testing and assist to overcome and eliminate production problems;
对生产中之隐患提出预警，对安全结构及测试项目提出方案，对生产中产品异状进行解析并协助克服及排除
5. Study and analyze buyer’s requirements to achieve their target products;
对客户提出的异议，耐心并合理分析，研究；经实验后有效完成技术攻关任务，进而达成客户目标产品的需求
6. Good at communication and willing to learning;
善于沟通，能吸收学习新知识，并融汇贯通实用于工作中
7. Diligent, strong responsibility and obey to company’s management.
