We are seeking outstanding educationalists for July 2017. We invite candidates to join our experienced team.
A+W Academy aims to be a leading center for the education of the brightest young people of China and of the wider region, preparing them to move on to the foremost universities of the world. The staff orientation will be held from the 31st of July to the 15th of August.

ESL Teacher
Students Grade 1-7
To be responsible as an ESL teacher or/and primary homeroom teacher
To implement and deliver an appropriately broad, balanced, relevant and differentiated curriculum for students and to support a designated curriculum area as appropriate
To be involved with other aspects of school life associated with the subject, such as organising appropriate educational trips and visits
To assist the department with developing Schemes of Work, department development plan and implementation
To participate actively in curriculum writing
To play a full role in the active life of the school life and running of this international school
To be responsible for your classroom and to encourage and support the use of ICT in lessons and monitor your classes' work and assessment grades and keep student achievement records
To take intervention actions when assessment and report grades identify a cause of concern regarding a students' progress in your class
To support and work collegiately with other members of the department
To write reports and enter assessment grades when required
To take an interest in all students in your classes and assist the department with preparation of up to date student class lists when requested
To support and work with the administrative support staff where appropriate
To assist the department with the analysis of examination results when requested and to seek out and share teaching resources with colleagues
To attend parents' meetings and other school events as directed by the management
To offer at least one extra-curricular activity to the students and be committed to the ideal of a holistic education for all

Essential Requirements

Bachelor's Degree of math related subjects supported with a teaching certificate/training
Previous experience of teaching within an ESL or start-up environment will be advantageous

爱为书院（A+W Academy）是由华为投资控股公司出资，由清华附中负责学校运营管理的一所致力于提供***中西合璧教育的？K-12？国际学校。
学校位于广东省东莞市美丽的松山湖地区，近两年的过渡校区在华为南方公寓区域，正式校区占地100多亩，将在2020年投入使用。
