职位描述：
Responsibilities:
In charge total quality management
Responsible for department daily management & human management
Set up the company quality goal and regularly review the status of quality target. Train and guide the team to reach functional quality goal.
Manage engineers and inspectors team of QA section, coordinate with other dept./team.
To maintain Company accreditation ISO9000 and ISO14001
Deal with the customer complaint and production line problem solving.
Work with product design engineer to introduce new product, prepare related documentations, such as PPAP, FMEA, control plan and inspection criteria to ensure all the customer requirements and related industry standard are met.
Prepare weekly and monthly quality reports, make continuous quality improvement through good team work.
Work with suppliers on all quality issues and develop proactive supplier quality assurance programs.
Act as the management representative for external quality standard certification (ISO9000 and ISO14001) and customer audit.
Engineering change review and verify to make the minimization impact on product quality.

Requirement：
10 years quality management experience in manufacturing environment, including 3 years managerial position experience
Metal/Mechanical industry quality experience
Lean Thinking and Kaizen Techniques
MNC background
Be familiar with metal parts process, stamping, cutting, bending etc.
Good interpersonal and leadership skills
Thinks logically and conceptually
Willing to accept challenges and responsibility for results
Mature, stable
