职位描述：
岗位职责:

? Understanding of standard and agile SDLC processes to design, build, test, and implement applications.
? Integration architecture of existing Reporting and Analytics platforms with Big Data or any other database for reporting.
? Develop and maintain an understanding of MJN SAP and non-SAP business scope and data reporting requirements to align solutions with business needs and to set strategic direction. Lead Blueprint workshops with Business Subject Matter Experts, Business Analysts and Solution Analysts.
? Manage, influence and guide external Service Provider and other partners in solution design and delivery, providing guidance and review of architecture plans and designs to ensure methodology, best practices and standards are followed and to ensure overall quality of the solution.
? Drive standardization of SAP BW and HANA solutions and ensure solutions are architected for broad business usage.

任职资格:

? Proven track record of successful SAP BW solution design and delivery; demonstrated strong planning skills; demonstrated strong in-depth knowledge of multiple SAP and non-SAP Functional areas [SD, MM, PP, WM, FI (AR/AP/GL), COPA, BPC, APO, External Data Sources].
? Excellent oral and written communication skills with business and technical audiences.
? Demonstrated success delivering SAP BI projects on time and on budget.
? BS or Master’s degree in an IT or related field, with 7+ years of progressive experience defining and implementing enterprise data warehouse and reporting solutions; experience with SAP BI solution delivery required; experience with BusinessObjects preferred.
? Demonstrate an understanding of all elements required to architect, design, build, test, operate and maintain complex, global systems utilizing enterprise infrastructure and applications.
? Strong knowledge of project management including budget & resource management.
