Report To: Director, Commercial Discipline, Asia Pacific
Responsibilities:
This position will work directly with business commercial teams to assist them to improve productivity and effectiveness with the commercial systems and tools. As a member of the Asia Pacific Commercial Support Team, you will be responsible for managing commercial work process, systems and tools in Asia Pacific. The role will drive and implement best practices of utilizing commercial systems and tools, thus enabling effectiveness and productivity at an individual and team level. This role will also be responsible to collaborate with global counterparts and resources on initiatives and projects to enhance user experience.
Deliver training sessions and expertise on commercial systems and tools to business commercial teams. Commercial systems and tools include Microsoft Dynamic CRM, Diamond System Market Sell Reporting, Eloqua, Vendavo, Contract Management - Ariba, Commercial applications on Tablet workstations and smart phones (Microsoft Surface Pro 3, Lenovo Yoga, iPad and iPhone)
Provide trouble shooting and daily support for business commercial team in their utilization of commercial systems and tools
Understand and validate requirements from business commercial teams regards user experience and effectiveness and manage their expectation
Collaborate with rest Asia Pacific Commercial Support Team members to implement best practices, enhance productivity and efficiency with the commercial systems and tools
Coordinate with global counterparts on developing and rolling out new enhancements; represent Asia Pacific to proactively participate in global improvement projects
Requirements
5-6 years of work experience in supporting roles to commercial teams, preferably in area of complex, technical consultative B2B marketing and sales.
Ability to understand customer needs, anticipate customer expectations.
Ability to maintain good relationships and work closely with business commercial teams
Basic knowledge of selling process
Desired Skills/Competencies:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Flexible in a quick changing environment
Have interest in commercial reporting systems and tools
