1.Solve the process and machine issue to reduce the production cost.
2.Organize the improvement activity on process, machine and maintenances.
3.Co-work with PM for the new product and trial production, and support the production supervisor to solve the production problem.
4.Analyze the quality complaint from our production. And check and take action for it.
5.Check the abnormal material/product in process. And deal with this material by requirement
6.Check and evaluate the availability of machine
7.Support the solve the complicated issue in process
8.Evaluate the layout, production capacity; lead the process improvement, cost down project. Support the management data to production manager.
9.Learn the operation of new machine and setup the maintenance work standard for workers.
10.Prepare the work instruction/production checklist by the CP, technological requirements.
11.Is owner of defined serial products after SOP (volume products after sales, OE products) and is head of change projects in case changes can be covered by production department.

Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in IE or relevant science and engineering; IE is preferred;
2. Have a minimum of 3 years Lean manufacturing experience.
3. Familiar with lean theory, proficient in lean production knowledge and tools.
4. Good communication skills and teamwork spirit;
5. Good English skills, CET 4 or above;
