（1）电气工程学位
（2）10.5kV系统设计实践经验，至少5年工作经验;
（3）具有处理中压系统的现场测试实践经验，包含了干式降压变压器（10.5：0.4kV），VCB S / B，NER，电抗器和中压发电机等经验;
（4）具有中压系统对变压器，VCB S / B，NER，电抗器和中压发电机的保护实践经验;
（5）保护装置PT和CT尺寸选择的实践经验;
（6）具备故障电流计算知识;
（7）具备SCADA系统知识;
（8）具备楼宇自动化系统知识;
（9）具备PLC控制中压系统的知识;
（10）具备低压/中压发电机并联运行知识及其应用;
（11）使用Auto CAD设计单线图;
（12）具备中压控制柜和变压器室的设计知识

Requirements for MV Engineer.

(1) Degree in Electrical Engineering
(2) Practice experience in design of 10.5kV system, minimum for 5 years;
(3) Practice experience handling site testing of MV system including dry type step down transformer (10.5:0.4kV), VCB S/B, NER, reactor and MV generator;
(4) Practice experience design of protection of MV system to transformer, VCB S/B, NER, reactor and MV generator;
(5) Solid experience of sizing and selection of PT and CT for protective device;
(6) Knowledge of fault current calculation;
(7) Knowledge of SCADA system;
(8) Knowledge of building automation system;
(9) Knowledge of PLC control system for whole MV system;
(10) Knowledge and its application for parallel operation of LV / MV generator;
(11) Use of Auto CAD for the design of SLD;
