我们的客户是位于世界前列的某著名豪华品牌的汽车销售及服务的集团公司，业务范围主要集中在华南地区。
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the overall marketing/CRM strategy development, and report on market activities.
2. Develop, propose and implement marketing and CRM activities.
3. Handle escalated customer complaints professionally.
4. Facilitate up-to-date customer database and share information.
5. Build long-term relationship with Customer/ MBCL/Media/Media related Government Bodies.
Job Requirements:
1. University Degree majored in marketing, public relations and/or business.
2. Minimum 5 years working experience as Marketing, CRM or PR Manager in automotive, luxury goods and/or service industry.
3. Profound knowledge of the local market and competitors/CRM/ public relationship management.
4. Solid knowledge in business management.
5. Good written English skills.
6. Passenger car driving license (manual and automatic) is preferred.
