职位描述：
This role is Supply Chain Planner for Polyurethanes business in Pacific area. The purpose of this job is to implement detailed supply and demand plans over a 1-6 month planning horizon to support business market plans, optimize and manage multiple supply models, achieve optimum product availability, asset utilization and supply chain efficiencies to meet customers’ demands.
 
The key job responsibilities:-
- Support Regional Business Supply Chain Planner to Implement supply and demand plans;
- Provide inputs to upstream and downstream businesses
- Support regional Sales & Operations Planning Team for a business in Pacific.
- Implement the regional planning strategy, processes and tool;
- Monitor and measure S&OP metrics and engage cross-functional efforts to resolve any gaps.
- Implement swap and toll agreements for the businesses;.
- Manage slow moving inventory, inventory builds, ensuring compliances with business policies;
- Act as primary contact for Sales and Customer Service regarding product availability. Executes Order management programs.
- Be the gatekeeper to ensure Transactional Service Standards are enforced as appropriate;
- Drive supply chain process improvements regarding areas such as information flow, material movement and new warehouses.
 
The critical competencies required for success are:
- Analytical skills, initiative, teamwork, interpersonal effectiveness, and supply chain management.
- Expertise in supply chain processes, operational execution, and understanding of customer needs are also important for success.

Qualification requirements:
- University Degree in a discipline demonstrating logical thinking or computational skills (Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, Mathematics and certain sciences).
- APICS CPIM Certification or strong commitment to attain within 1 – 2 years.
