Maersk Composites (China) Co., Ltd ( MCCC) is a newly established company engaged in the manufacture of wood plastic composites (WPC) floorboards. Our company is located in Huizhou, Guangdong Province, 150 km away from Maersk Container Industry's dry container factory in Dongguan. MCCC provide sustainable plastic recycling solutions and we manufacture environment friendly WPC floorboards. Our WPC floorboards are made of recycled plastic materials. Through special process technology, we combine recycled industrial and post-consumer plastic with wood fiber for extrusion of our WPC floorboards, which is "re-recyclable", i.e. can be recycled repeatedly without second pollution to the environment, which will contribute a lot to reduce global greenhouse effect.

Authority and area of responsibility
Professional:
1.Finance and Accounting: Provide primary assurance on the reliability, accuracy and timeliness of the financial reporting; and adequacy, effectiveness and efficiency of the internal controls. Develop tools, systems and standard operating guidelines in the fields of financial reporting, accounting, general controlling, budgets and management reporting, investments, cash forecasting, VAT and taxes, funding, hedging, stock takings, fixed asset register and bank arrangements. Establish professional relationship with relevant authorities within scope of responsibility, company registrations, application and renewal of relevant business permits. Coordinate with external coordinators and Group CFO on year-end book closings and audited financial statements. Maintain the governance framework in the fields of authorizations, rules of procedures, board resolutions, and articles of association.

2.Risk Management: Maintain and update the general risk register for the company, establish and maintain department risk management register, engage with auditors as relevant to protect the interests of the company, ensure legal and regulatory compliance on all financial operations, fraud prevention, insurance for employees and assets.

3.Systems Support: Internet, IT security, e-mail, software, disaster recovery, back-up procedures, maintain and support the ERP-systems, ensure timely and correct entry of data, consider new areas where systems can replace current non-system procedures and business process improvements., Responsible for ERP implementation planning and training program.

4.Customs: Compliance with PRC regulations, import & export operational management and facilitate good relationships with relevant authorities. Teach problem solving skills.

5.Other duties and assignments delegated by MD.


Management and organization:
1.Develop and maintain a plant work force with high senses of loyalty, morale, discipline, creativeness, effectiveness and efficiency.

2.In collaboration with Human Resources, appointment and dismissal of employees and other employee related issues within own deparment.

3.Follow-up on and development of daily working routines.

4.Monthly management reports.

5.In collaboration with Human Resources and MD, define own organisation staffing, qualifications, functions and approve changes within the scope of the superior organisation diagram and propose changes of the diagram, when necessary.

6.In collaboration with Human Resources responsible for developing own staff, both personally and professionally, in compliance with standards of Maersk Composites Company .

7.Co-ordinate the annual appraisal process of own employees.

8.See to it that all jobs within own areas are carried out in accordance with Maersk Composites Company standards and APMM Global Labour Standards.

9.Observance of laws and government regulations within own responsibility areas.

Cost control within own area(s):
1.Work out detailed budget for the coming year. Explain budget deviations and develop necessary activities to rectify faults and unnecessary costs.

2.Ensure that financial decisions and business estimates are carried out so that work always is done efficiently and with optimal financial outcome.

Education background (examples of one or more of below)
1.Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance Management or higher degree in similar fields.

2.Language: 1) High level of English in written and oral, 2) High level of Chinese (Putonghua) in written and oral.

Experience within the area/Practical competences
1.Minimum 7 years job experience within Finance/accounting, including minimum 2 years management and leadership experience.

2.Solid knowledge of IFRS, China GAP and APMM GAP.

3.Good understanding of relevant PRC laws and regulations.

4.Experience in handling tax and customs matters.

5.Experience on overseeing IT systems and processes.

6.Good experience relating with government (BOFTEC, tax, customs) authorities.
