1. Lead implementation of EHS policies, procedures and SAFE programs in line with regulatory requirements and company policies.
2. Lead and support the element owner team and ERT by creating action plan, following up work plans, providing awareness, skill builder trainings and resources.
3. implement EHS training processes, support HR and operations in deployment of the EHS training programs.
4. Report incidents per Regal policies and lead investigation of environmental incidents, injuries, illnesses and other health and safety incidents. Ensure recordkeeping is in line with state legal requirements and Regal policies.
5. Lead deployment of EHS management of change (MOC) programs, which includes risk assessment and controls in new project, modification and expansion project, and introduction of new process, product, or new material, etc.
6. Promote EHSS culture change by implementation of SAFE program and getting employee involvement site wide.
7. Support operations on sustainability initiatives by seeking energy saving opportunities and waste reduction opportunities and provide solutions.
8. Be in charge of environmental aspects and occupation hazards identification, qualitative and quantative exposure assessment, operational controls, medical surveillance, health promotions and other occupational health initiatives.
9. Finish EHSS legal registry, conduct self assessment and maintain the legal regitry in timely manner.
10. Implement and lead Regal China EHSS initiaves.
11. Support site security management.
12. Support operations by implementation CJSA process, EHS inspections, etc.
13. Other assignments as needed.
