Responsibilities
Responsible for CS call center operation and management.
Formulate and optimize customer support operational flows and processes.
Improve call center efficiency and ensure the achievement of work objectives.
Responsible for agents daily work inspection and supervision. Able to identify operational issues then provide correct guidance and intervention.
Create call center operational reports on a regular basis.
Requirements
Bachelor degree or above, 3+ years of experience in contact center management.
Strong data analytical skills, excellent with both qualitative and quantitative analysis. Able to identify operational issues from data as well as providing solutions.
Able to use fluent English and Mandarin as working language.
Strong communication skills with a willingness to take on responsibilities.
Able to adapt and comfortable working under pressure.
Willing to travel for short or long term business trips.
