SUMMARY

To develop new projects with relative parties, assure production of rolling items are under control, and assure supplier’s quality system is robust.

RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Management and supervision of existed production/testing conducted by copackers or RB QC, make sure the products meet the relevant specifications.
• Establish and align the product specifications with the copackers based on relevant TDS specifications.
• Collate information from suppliers covering starting materials, manufacture, testing, and release of each product and critically review for completeness.
• Identify and resolve problems in copackers’, and help the copackers to make continuous improvement.
• Assist in the co-ordination of technical transfer to copackers, including review and monitoring of transfer protocols, advising of independent testing and monitoring the completion of product validation reports with Project / Process support as necessary.
• Liaise with copackers to make sure the changes will be through the company change control process.
• Handle supplier non-conformances by liasing with supplier to organise corrective and preventative actions.
• Handle customer complaints with copackers.
• Ensure that Technical agreements are in place with copackers and that the terms and conditions contained therein are adhered to.
• Support relevant projects in providing quality/technical support
• Any other duty commensurate with the level and the role required to support the business needs.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Major in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology or equivalent;
• 3 years or above experience of QA professional with pharmaceutical/food/cosmetic/chemistry background, ideally with chemistry/micro laboratory experience
• Have knowledge on ISO9001 or ideally pharmaceutical/cosmetic GMP
