Position Description:

• Key Responsibilities

1. Be responsible for footwear product costing for specific ranges under Amer sports group.
2. Work closely with factory costing identifying and capitalizing on cost savings, and ensuring price/value optimization.
3. Collaborate with development, Materials and production team within Headquarter, Footwear Sourcing Center for product costing works.

• Essential Duties

1. Provide timely, fact-based, quality cost information to headquarter and factory.
2. Ensure seasonal CBDs are accurate and confirmed on a timely basis.
3. Meet key development stages’ CBD, Buy ready, monthly Buy FOB list and TAF deadlines.
4. Follow and approach the standardized costing procedures across all Amer sports footwear brands and divisions throughout the organization.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Good English.
2. Good communication skill.
3. IT-skills (e-mail, MS Office, Excel, Power Point).
4. Minimum Educational Requirements:University degree or above.

Desired Working Experience:

1. Costing or footwear experience 3-5 years.
2. Negotiation experience if possible.
3. Financial knowledge base.
