SKILLS

?Knowledge of the manufacture cost

?Knowledge of the materials suppliers

?Knowledge of the mass production process

?Language: Chinese and English

?Ability to negotiate

?Be at China to visit all the factories, according the product

ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSABILITIES

1.Competitive quotations (fair for both sides)

2.Negotiation and discounts

3.Formalize the agreed prices, quality and work way: commercial agreement (on the future we will plan the mass production based on a flat quantity per period)

4.Create a PMP file per each supplier

5.Create the QC schedule, make sure the quality inspections has been done according the planning

6.Make sure to have the delivery on time of each order, according the quality and price agreed

7.Search and develop new suppliers: current, backup and new

OBJECTIVE:

* Guarantee the correct quotation to purchase the product

* Reduce times and costs

* Formalize the business relationship and the agreements with our suppliers

* Coordinate the QC inspections be on time and according the plan

* Evaluate suppliers: new, backup and active

* Identify suppliers for long business and for solve capacity problems

* Assurance the supplier help us to solve his own problems
