工作职责：
1.制定精益生产和6S方面的培训计划并进行相关的培训；
2.确立并开展针对于制程和改善工具方面的培训；
3.追踪各个项目进展状况，协助项目负责人按时按质完成项目；
4.协助、培训、引导工厂进行领导力培训，鼓励并参与工厂精益生产文化建立；
5.研究分析生产指标, 对项目进行持续改善, 以达到高质量, 低成本产品的目标；
6.与地区事业部联系并协助MVP/Lean培训； 7.跟进上级指派的其他工作任务。

岗位要求:
1.本科及以上学历,电子/电气/机械/化学工程系专业毕业；
2.五年以上工程制造或生产管理经验；
3.具有6西格玛绿带、精益改善经验；
4.具有统计分析和制程管理的知识, 如 6 Sigma, DOE, GR&R 的应用；
5.英语口语流利；
6.具有良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力。
