DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
? To provide high quality consulting services including market analysis, development feasibility studies and occupier strategy studies for Chinese and international clients
? To develop business opportunities for Strategic Consulting amongst existing and new clients
? To develop a constructive working relationship with personnel in the firm's other business units
? To develop continuously your skills and experience through appropriate study, maintaining Strategic Consulting at the leading edge of real estate consulting
EMPLOYEE SPECIFICATIONS
? Minimum 4 years' solid experience in property related consulting or management consulting
? Relevant experience involved in major redevelopment projects including feasibility analysis; or property finance with investment analysis; or corporate strategy for real estate portfolio
? Sound tertiary, and relevant qualifications a definite advantage
? Proven business development acumen, with high level of initiative and innovation
? Strong analytical and presentation skills
? Ability to build, lead, and motivate teams
? Adaptability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment
? Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin Chinese

? 向现有及潜在客户拓展及开发战略顾问业务

? 超过四年咨询工作经验，涉及各类房地产物业及公司咨询相关经验
? 具海外学习或工作经历优先
? 在以下一个或更多方面拥有资深经验：
? 物业相关咨询
? 重大房地产开发项目可行性研究/城市规划设计
? 物业投资及财务分析
? 英语、普通话读写流利
? 高主动性及积极性
? 强分析能力，高水平报告写作及陈述能力
? 具团队领导能力
