Job Title: Consultant
Summary: Work with customers and subsidiary companies to provide services as required. Participate in setting engagement objectives and scope; develop work plans for
components of engagements, coordinate activities between work streams and identify changes in scope. Design deliverable content to deliver quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead consulting services for the potential or existing customers, especially in recruitment field.
- Research and recommend best practices to meet specific client requirements and interpreting and reporting on outputs.
- Support status report development.
- Prepare project milestone documentation.
- Design deliverable content to precisely reflect the engagement contract and client needs and strive to improve deliverable quality through verification and validation of results.
- Willingness to do some on site or off site HR support work(maybe 10-15% of time)for PRI consulting clients as well as maybe one or more of the PRI-connected companies.
- Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.
Requirements for the Position:
- Bachelor degree or above
- 10+ years successful relevant consulting or manufacturing companies experience.
- Rich experiences in recruitment
- Good knowledge & experience for HR regulations .
- Good report writing skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
- Strong communication and consulting skills
- A willingness to travel 30 – 40% of the time
- Proficiency Level Written and Verbal English Skills
