职位要求：Nanjing Finance Controller

We are seeking a Finance Controller for the Nanjing manufacturing site. It is a full scope finance controller, reporting directly to global CFO based in the European HQ.



The ideal candidate should have overseas working background, preferably in the automotive industry (manufacturing sites). As well as working experience in China and with a strong understanding of PRC finance systems.

Our client is an international automotive brand, a tier 1 automotive company.

The Nanjing factory is its first site in China. With a long history of 40+ years, our client has a strong product portfolio with European heritage and an excellent track record in product innovation.


Description

In this role, you are expected to take full control of the Nanjing site finance team, reporting to the CFO in HQ. The finance controller will lead the finance team in efforts of preparing annual budgets, forecasts, accounting, cost controlling, and supplying quality finance reports to the HQ.



In this role you should also cover the tax planning as well as treasury management for the important China manufacturing site.



This position is important in the role of supplying finance insights to daily business operation, and for being an important link between the European HQ management team and the local business.


Profile

You are likely to be successful if you have some or most of the following:



- Fluent in English

- Fluent in French or German language

- Finance management of manufacturing factories (500+ employees)

- Full scope finance management: accounting, FP&A, cost control, reporting, treasury, tax

- Strong business sense

- Leadership experience
