HogWorkz is seeking a motivated warehouse manager to oversee our <<Dongguan>> facility. This position requires leadership, process oriented thinking, and an ability to plan ahead. Successful candidates must be accustomed to multi-tasking and decision making. Candidates should be able to work independently without direct supervision.

HogWorkz现正为我们海外工厂（东莞）寻觅一名仓库管理经理。该职位需要领导力，面向过程思维和提前计划的能力。应聘者必须善于同时处理多项任务和决策。应聘者要能独立工作。

Responsibilities:

工作职责：

- Supervise a small team and report to senior leadership

管理一个小团队，向更高领导层汇报。
- Manage incoming inventory and receive inventory into management system

管理库存量，把库存加入管理系统。

- Manage tagging, sorting, and preparing inventory for overseas freight

管理标签，分类并安排发货国外事宜。
- Supervise loading and unloading inventory from truck/container cargo

管理卡车/集装箱货物的装和卸。

- Partake in product kit design and packaging assembly

参与产品的成套设计和组装。
- Set up layout and ensure efficient space utilization

合理仓库布局，确保空间被充分利用。
- Plan roster for warehouse workers, assign tasks appropriately, and appraise results

建立仓库工作人员名册，适当分派任务，评估结果。

- Assist staff in daily operations

协助员工的日常运作。
- Conduct quality assurance audits, report results to senior leadership

货品的质量检查和管控，向高层管理组汇报结果。
- BOL, Packing List, and Commercial Invoice preparation

提货单，装箱单和商业发票的准备。

Requirements:

要求

- Proven work experience as a warehouse manager

有仓库经理的工作经验。

- Leadership skills and ability manage staff

领导技能和员工管理技能。
- Strong decision making and problem solving skills

强有力的决策能力和解决问题的能力。
- Excellent communication (English preferred)

良好的沟通能力（会英语者优先）
- Ability to move and lift products (up to 50lbs)

因为搬货理货需要，要求应聘者能搬货卸货（在50磅以上）
- Organized, maintains a clean work environment
