Roles:
               As a quality control gate for vendors using the appropriate process and quality specification on time deliveries and meet the company/client quality specifications.
Responsibility:
? Review design drawing/render setup quality standards and documents. Compiling the necessary documents for each project
? Handover quality specification to factory.
? Feedback to the team regarding production progress and problems
? Setup quality control plan base on factory production schedule
? Performs Sampling and testing of raw materials, packaging materials, in-process and finished products
? Carry out of inspection of products as per the quality policy, checklist, document
? Implements and monitors corrective and preventive actions on quality issues and follow up.
? Participates in factory audit and validation activities.
? Follow up factory corrective action , support suppliers in solving problems
? Monitor factory production schedules and ensure that production plan are implemented
? Where necessary provide guidance in interpreting QA materials and help to train.
Further Duties
? Engineer designs for costing.
? Engineer designs for production (full production packs).
? Perform Production Hand Overs with the Factory.
? Draw up the QC Inspection plan for each project.
? Draw up the QC Guideline Document per Production product.
? Draw up testing procedures to ensure that production units are tested to meet the specified criteria.
? Add QC Guidelines to Cubby and file management system.
? Create the factory QC Inspection Plan.
? Develop inspection methods when needed for production units. This may include designing inspection jigs.
? Train factory quality control staff on how to perform quality control on products in production.
? Ensure that all quality control inspection documentation is filed with the relevant project.
? Create Assembly Instructions.
? Create the Packaging Labels.
? Write QC Reports and File on Cubby and Project Management system.
? Take QC Images and Videos.
? Liaise with the TPM and IMPH on all QC findings.
? Suggest and implement QC Changes and recommendations with the factories.
