职位描述：
Key responsibilities
1. Brand Development
- Manage and coordinate end to end process of new product development for his/her own product line in conjunction with our OEM/R&D/Manufactory partners to meet market needs and demand.
- Be able to influence or drive OEM/R&D/Manufactory partners to achieve target
- Define the product portfolio strategy and roadmap, do business case analysis to meet P&L target
- Provide in-depth market, industry and competitive analysis and positioning, be able to provide proposal on product strategy to management for reference
- Work with Sales Team to scope and understand market requirement
- Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product.
- Set pricing of owned product line to meet revenue and profitability goals.
- Be an expert with respect to the competition, have ability to think out solution to compete with key competitors and drive it become reality.
- Training Sales department product knowledge
2.Product Marketing
- Define product position and work out market concept with Branding team
- Manage and coordinate the whole process of product phase in/out with trade, sales, finance, planning, etc
- Assist Trade/Brand in the development, execution and tracking of the marketing program for his/her own product line
- Assist in the development of product marketing strategy and annual operating plan.
- Develop sales tools and collaterals. Develop content for product and company collateral.
- Conduct launch package of new product and train sales/market and training team on product

Your profile:
1. Knowledge & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in technology, Marketing or Business.
- Prior product management experience required.
- 6 years preferred or equivalent experience in product management.
- Consumer driven attitude
2. Hard Skills & Soft Skills
- Proficient in business software such as Word, Excel & Powerpoint
- Strong in data analysis skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and communication skills.
- Good team player & leadership capabilities
- Good command of English.
- Passionate and meticulous.
- Leadership, strong communication skill, able to influence others
